Dear students,
The BMA's medical students committee and Surviving in Scrubs have collaborated on a survey on sexism and sexual violence in medical schools and on placement. The survey launched on 25 March and is open to all medical students. It will close at 12 noon on Tuesday 15 April. Because neither organisation belong to a research institution, there is no ethical approval for the survey. If you would like to complete the survey please click on the link below.

If you have experienced sexism or sexual violence at Queen’s medical school or on clinical placement we would encourage you to speak to a member of staff. Other sources of support include…
• year student support academic lead whose details are on the medical education portal;
• the student support officer via the CME Office;
• Queen’s student wellbeing and counselling services;
• CME’s Raising concerns.
