An Invitation to Students to Attend the International Undergraduate Surgery Conference 2025 at University College London

The International Undergraduate Surgical Conference (iNUGSC) is the largest student-led surgical conference in the UK, hosted by the Surgical Society of University College London annually. The iNUGSC 2024/25 committee hereby sincerely invite students from your medical school to be at our forthcoming event, which will be held on the weekend of 8-9th March 2025. Our conference welcomes all students, not only aspiring surgeons but also those who are just looking to explore the field. We are sure that the conference would be an enriching and enlightening experience for your students, and we would love to invite them to join us at UCL!

The theme of iNUGSC 2025 is "Surgeons of Tomorrow." This year, we will focus on:

• Exploring the groundbreaking developments shaping the future of surgery, from cutting-edge technologies to advanced surgical techniques.

• Investigating how the next generation of surgeons is being trained, with an emphasis on education, diversity, and the use of novel technologies.

• Highlighting how holistic approaches to global surgery can equip future surgeons with the creativity and innovation needed in low resource and humanitarian-aid settings.

Our speakers will provide insights into how the surgeons of today are preparing for the future, ensuring that the field continues to advance in an ever-evolving world.
