Centre for Medical Education Hardship Fund Update

Dear Students,
We’ve recently updated the application process for the CME Hardship Fund.
In the past, applications opened in December, but funds were not distributed until May or June due to the timing of bursary and scholarship account releases.
To improve access and reduce delays, we’ve now aligned the CME Hardship Fund with the QUB Central Financial Assistance Fund. This means you can apply for support from both funds through a single application process.
You can apply via the QSIS portal using the link below:

When completing your application, please clearly state that you are a current medical student. This will help the central team assess your eligibility for both funding streams.
Applications are now open.
If you’re experiencing financial difficulties and would like to arrange a pastoral support meeting, please contact us at cmestudentsupport@qub.ac.uk.
