QUB Scrubs, the surgical society, will be hosting the Anaesthetics and Emergency Medicine Conference on Saturday 21st February from 09:00 – 14:30 in the MBC and we would be delighted to have you join us!

This will provide an opportunity for all healthcare students to attend a series of talks and workshops related to emergency and trauma care.
Scenarios and themes that will feature throughout the day will include:
- The approach to managing trauma
- A-E casualty assessments
- Plaster of Paris fracture casting
- Fracture fixation
- Chest trauma intubation and clamshell thoracotomies
