Seeking participants for study on graduate employment/placement and disability disclosure

A study is being conducted on the transition of graduate students with disabilities into full-time employment, with a focus on how individuals approach disability disclosure with potential employers.

The interviews aim to explore participants’ views on disability disclosure, including decision-making processes and perceived advantages and disadvantages of disclosing to employers.
