Getting Online and Digital Spaces

Once you have enrolled and have your username and password, follow these five easy steps to get you up and running. Then read a bit about the different digital spaces you will be using for your studies.

Note: You will not be able to access the Medical Education Portal until Welcome Week.

Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing any issues the IT service desk will be able to help. Find their details at this site. Or visit the McClay Library with your device. 

Digital Spaces

This is a short description of what you can find in each of the 3 portals you will use during your study at Queen’s. Bear in mind, this is not an exhaustive list, as it includes only the functions you will be using during Year 1. It is essential that you spend some time exploring these portals and getting used to the layout to get the best they can offer during your time at Queen’s.
